What do our Merchandisers do?

Our Activation team is responsible for implementing new planograms and point-of-sale displays in leading grocery stores following strict allocated time frames.

What is a Planogram?

A planogram (POG) is a visual merchandising plan that shows detailed store layouts with special attention on product placement.

Your Duties:

• Merchandising a wide variety of products in leading Grocery stores
• Executing Planograms
• Creating Point-of-Sale displays in store
• Report back on the day’s work and upload photos using your smartphone
• Build strong working relationships
• Work independently or in a small team

You will need:

• Previous Experience in Merchandising in a Supermarket
• Previous Experience in executing Planograms
• The ability to work autonomously
• Monday - Friday availability
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Access to a mobile device for reporting on the day’s work and uploading photos
• Reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license (essential)
• Current Coles/Woolworths Contractor Inductions are very highly regarded
