- Previous retail experience

- Ability to convert advice into sales

- Strong communication & rapport building skills

- Confidence in dealing with customers

- Have an eagerness to learn about new products & plants

We are looking for someone with the flexibility to work a casual weekly rotating roster, including weekends.
