We are looking for a Pharmacy Retail Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills, great motivating skills, the ability to lead by example and the ability to grow your team's capabilities. You will play a key role in growing and building sales within your store with a strong focus on building customer relationships. Your area of focus will be in the retail sales department, ensuring the store is maintained to a high standard, strategies are implemented to improve and continuously grow the retail sales. You will work closely with the Pharmacist Manager to achieve outstanding outcomes and business growth.

Qualifications and experience:

• Previous experience in managing a fast paced retail store
• A drive to achieve store and retail sales budgets and KPI's
• Strong problem solving and decision making skills
• A passion to develop and train others through effective team management and leadership practices
• Prior experience in pharmacy is highly regarded
• Proficiency with computer software programs
• Current police clearance
