Preconstruction Coordinator

As a Preconstruction Coordinator, you will be responsible to deliver an exceptional customer journey, managing all customer service responsibilities through the preconstruction phase by assisting with housing selections, specifications and relevant changes.

Additional key responsibilities will include:

  • Manage all customer enquiries and ensure timely communication of preconstruction correspondence
  • Facilitate job tracking to assist with the smooth progress of jobs
  • Gradually build up to completing a maximum of 4 Pre-Starts per week
  • Accurate record and document management, along with timely updates to the company systems with client information
  • Providing assistance and support to the Customer Service team (we are One Team!)
  • Working extended trading hours at our Retail Centre in Leederville


The successful candidate will have a natural ability for building strong internal and external relationships.

  • A passion for delivering customer service excellence and putting the customer journey first
  • Relentless focus (action oriented) working in a fast-paced administrative capacity
  • High level of professionalism and interpersonal skills
  • Superior time management, organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A fun and positive attitude, with the curiosity to learn and the willingness to be better
  • Qualification and skills in interior design (not essential though highly regarded)
