As a Client Liaison Coordinator, you will be responsible to deliver an exceptional customer experience, managing all enquiries during the construction phase of our customer’s journey.
Additional key responsibilities will include:
- Proactive engagement with our customers, providing fortnightly progress updates
- Updating business systems with client information
- Prompt response and passionate customer service
- Providing assistance and support to the Customer Service team in areas of preconstruction and reception (we are One Team!)
You (Key Selection Criteria)
To succeed in this role, you will possess the following:
- A passion for delivering customer service excellence and putting the customer experience first
- Exceptional time management and attention to detail, with the ability to work within a fast-paced, high volume environment.
- A fun and positive attitude, with the curiosity to learn and the willingness to be better
- Desire to undertake a career in the residential building industry, assisting us to deliver the dream of homeownership
- Experience as a Client Liaison or working in the WA residential building industry would be highly desirable
Whilst prior experience in the role would be beneficial, we’re seeking a go getter with the right attitude and cares about their work!
