We are looking for a leader to join us on our journey at the Country Road Chadstone Flagship Store.

As the Sales manager for Womenswear, you will lead your team to deliver a world class customer experience by embedding a customer obsessed culture. You will deliver sales to budget, KPIâs and profit results through effective leadership and ongoing training and development of your crew.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing leadership, training and developing team capability
• Drive a customer centric culture creating a warm and genuine customer service experience
• Deliver financial targets and company key performance indicators
• Maintain a focus on commercial acumen ensuring the team are clear and empowered to contribute to the performance of the store
• Assist with managing business costs
• Ensure all company behaviours, policies and procedures are adhered ton at all times

What you need to bring:

• Be values driven
• Provide continual demonstration of genuine, helpful and optimistic behaviour
• Have proven experience in achieving sales through delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Experience as a Manager, working in a high turnover retail business
• A passion for the retail industry and a strong sense of personal style and presentation
• Experience managing the performance, training and development of a team
• Understanding of budgets, interpreting financial reports and generating efficient rosters
• Skills associated with driving productivity with team members
