About the Role

We are currently looking for a Strong Assistant Manager who can run a Large Format business. As the Assistant Manager, you will be there to support the manager to implement structure and motivate your team to achieve goals and exceed result. This a great opportunity for a Large Format Manager who lives in the Western Suburbs to reduce their travel time, work closer to home and grow a career at the same time.

Skills and Experience

• Have previous experience in Large Format or High Volume Retail
• You will promote a strong culture and be able to influence change
• Coming from a business where growing a brand is important
• Have the ability to Drive sales and KPI's in a business
• Past Management experience managing team of 8+ people
• You will love exceeding customer experience every time
• You will be a great trainer. Setting people up with development plans
• Past exposure to Performance Management and coaching
• As the Manager, you will be physically energetic and not afraid of hard work
• Past experience in strategic management
• A good eye for detail, strong VM experience and floor walks to find opportunities
