About The Role:

To develop and manage the seasonal merchandise plan to achieve the Calibre business objectives. You are required to work collaboratively with the Buying and Design Team to ensure we achieve the seasonal sales budget whilst maintaining the gross profit goal of the business.

You will be working in an agile business where you will have the opportunity to influence and trade the business.

Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Preparing weekly financial reports and identify opportunities. Trading the business to maximise every opportunity and minimise risks.
  • Management of stock levels by store to maximise sales and minimise markdowns.
  • Management of the OTB / In season reports / Identify risk
  • Compiling post seasonal category analysis to influence future seasonal strategic plans and budget
  • Managing the replenishment of core lines and ensure optimal stock levels at all times
  • Constantly reviewing Store Grading
  • Assortment planning
  • Providing order quantities by size according to current demand

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate:

  • Ability to be a proactive, flexible planner with a solid foundation in fashion
  • High level of excel knowledge / literacy
  • Ability to adapt and innovate in a changing environment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate and influence the broader team
  • Experience with Apparel 21 (advantageous)
