Eyes Optometrists has been at the centre of the South Yarra and Richmond high streets for over 25 years and continues to build on its success. With a fiercely loyal, exclusive and diverse client base, we know everyone in our community by name, Eyes Optometrists is dedicated to creating the very best luxe optometry experience in Melbourne.

We are a small group of optometrists, optical dispensers and retail staff who combined have over a century of experience in the boutique eyewear industry and passionate about delivering the very best in eyewear and eyecare.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will provide elevated customer care and service to our discerning and diverse clientele along with maintain continuous customer relationships. Entry level role available for the right candidate.

• Full time or part time roles available
• No late nights
• Flexibility available with the ability to work Saturdays when require
• Immediate start, we’re ready for you.
• Intensive on the job training available
• Previous optical experience advantageous but not essential

ABOUT YOU

This role is best suited to applicants who have a true appreciation for luxury fashion and possess the following attributes:

• Strong retail background – at least 3 years’ experience in high end fashion/retail or optical boutique
• Passionate about the customer journey
• Inspired by styling our clients with truly unique and premium fashion pieces
• Detail oriented
• Keen to expand on existing knowledge or learn a new and stimulating industry
• The desire to work with a boutique that is all about the customer
• Ability to ascertain customers' wants and needs
• Recommend products that match customer needs
• Superior presentation and mature outlook
• Be a team player
