JOB DESCRIPTION

As Area Manager you will provide support and direction in your region of stores and it's managers. You will be an ambassador for the Tree Of Life brand and strive to maintain and uphold company polices and standards. You will have a high level of customer service, visual merchandising, and tribe management skills and will be able to coach your individual Store Managers to achieve their goals.

The position will require travel within the wider Sydney region including the Illawarra.

You will be a team player but also able to work autonomously in planning your schedule. You will be reporting directly to the General Manager.


In this role, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Training and development of your managers
  • Coach and Drive your team to achieve sale targets
  • Implement the highest customer service standards within your region
  • KPI analysis to coach your tribe and improve sales performance
  • Upholding company standards in Visual Merchandising
  • Stock management
  • Host interviews for potential Casuals and Store Managers
