As the Womenswear Visual Merchandiser, you will be responsible for translating the company/buying direction into creative merchandising, coordinating the visual direction of new and renovated stores and managing the overall in store experience that our customer receives through VM and product merchandising. Put simply, what the customer sees and experiences is your responsibility.

You will be responsible for engaging with our customers by creating an exciting retail environment to achieve budgeted sales and profitability targets. Always thinking outside the box and looking at new ways of working.

The role you will play…

  • Develop and maintain a “Visual Standard” for GP Co in line with company objectives and direction
  • Present to market GP Co product trends through coordination of buying dept and execution of look and feel for the season
  • Align with Marketing on visual communications in store to provide consistency and enhance GP Co message
  • Develop and execute initiatives that enhance the in store experience for the GP Co customer
  • Partner with Marketing/External Brands to execute the window calendar and creative projects
  • Develop strategies that maximise sales according to individual store location, demographic and requirements

About you…

  • You will have a minimum 3yrs experience in a similar fashion creative role
  • You will be experienced with Microsoft Office
  • You will have intermediate Adobe In design skills
  • You will have clear and concise communication skills
  • You will be results focused with proven strategies implemented to increase sales
  • You will have a strong relationship management capability
  • You will be well developed written and verbal communication skills
  • You will be a creative thinker with attention to detail
  • You will have a track record of exceeding KPI’s
  • You must have full working rights and be Sydney based
