The Role 
We are looking for a multi site professional who is as strong with product and merchandising as you are in controlling costs, maximising profit and implementing local area marketing. This is a great role for an all rounder, who is effective in an autonomous environment. Ultimately you need to understand what makes a retail operation tick, and then be able lead your team to achieve targets. You are a leader who can influence and motivate your team, and are as happy to plan strategically ahead for the success of the business.
You will need to have experience in:

• multi site or cluster management of several retail stores, or large format store management
• setting and achieving sales targets
• developing and implementing systems and procedures to improve the business performance
• proven ability to make successful recruitment decisions, alongside training and developing your team
