The Role

We are accepting applications for both Full Time and Casual Bus Drivers across our ROSEBUD and SEAFORD depots.

Ventura Bus Drivers lead the way in providing a trustworthy service across public transport route, school and charter. We are searching for passionate people who want to service their community, whilst delivering exceptional customer experiences in the safe transportation of passengers. 

In return we offer on-going support and training to our drivers, along with stable employment in a secure industry. Additionally, we offer top industry rates and our Casual Bus Drivers are provided with ample opportunities to maximise their earning potential through different avenues of the business.

Applicants must be willing and flexible to work a rotating roster, which may include weekends, early morning and late-night shifts. 

What are we looking for?

• A current valid Victorian MR or HR Licence is a MUST
• Availability to work shift work between 4.00am and 2am 
• Exceptional customer service experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Safe driving record
• High regard for safety
• Ability to obtain relevant medical and background clearances including Driver’s Accreditation, Working With Children Card (WWCC) and Police Check
