Poolsense is a customer focused business operating throughout the

Wollongong /Illawarra area. It has a retail outlet and also service vans providing chemicals and equipment to residential and commercial customers.

We are looking for a full time sales person with a high level of customer service and a commitment to helping a business grow to its full potential.

Previous experience is essential.

Your core role, criteria and responsibilities:

• Retail sales in store and customer service
• Generate sales through product knowledge
• Support onsite service vans
• Answering phones, stock control and invoicing
• Water testing and diagnosing pool water results
• Sales of pool equipment and a focus on excellent customer service
• High level of work ethics, integrity and honesty
• Maintaining a clean and well stock retail store
• Loading and unloading products
• Commitment to Safe Work Practices

Essential

• Previous experience in this industry
• Excellent phone manner
• Honest and reliable
• Computer literate
• Physically fit as there is some heavy lifting required
• Must live locally
• Good communication skills, great time management and self-motivated
• No criminal record

Advantageous but not essential

• MYOB experience
• Basic technical, mechanical, plumbing, and/or electrical skills would be an advantage
