The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Rates Analyst to join the Programmed Skilled Workforce National Pricing and Rates Management team! The role will be based in Burswood location within a head office environment.
Reporting to the Pricing and Rates Team Leader you will be providing support to the Programmed Training Services business in managing customer quoting processes and contract maintenance.
Skills and experience
- Previous experience interpreting Industrial Instruments (highly desirable but not essential)
- Financial modelling
- Sound computer knowledge (strong Microsoft Excel abilities)
- Strong analytical skills & attention to detail
- Strong communication/presentation skills
- Ability to self-motivate, plan and prioritise tasks
- Providing support to the business regarding industrial relations and employment law (Awards, Enterprise Agreements, Wages etc.)
- Customer forecasting and budgeting
- Rate review and approvals
- Assist in the development and maintenance of rate tools and processes
- Conducting of in-depth analysis and reporting
- Compliance rate audits
- Liaising with management, and both internal and external stakeholders
- Assisting in key projects, including annual National Wage increase
