We are looking for a bright and energetic person to fill the Counter Sales vacancy at our Nelson Branch.

The Counter Sales person works as a passionate part of the Nelson Branch team, selling goods to customers over our trade counter.

Duties include:

• Exceptional customer service at our trade counter
• Assisting customers with sales orders and returns and answering phone queries
• Receipting products into the warehouse and ensuring goods are put away
• Accurately picking orders for dispatch
• Deliveries as required

Skills & experience requirements:

• Have good attention to detail and take pride in your work
• Have excellent communication skills
• Customer focused with a real passion for customer service excellence
• A good level of computer literacy
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
