Located 20 minutes from Noosa and 40 minutes from Maroochydore. This busy fresh food supermarket who are a retailer of choice provides the community with a variety of both locally sourced and brand named groceries all under the one roof.

This Cooroy store is in need of a Produce Expert who has had proven Produce Department Management experience and has the ability to apply their in depth knowledge of all Produce Managerial duties to successfully manage this already successful department. This person will need to treat the business as their own and come up with innovative ideas to drive business.

As Produce specialist you will be:
* Directly responsible for the P&L of your department
* Proven in managing Produce inventory and merchandise
* Managing a team of 20 staff members
* Customer service and solutions focused
* Able to maintain a safe and clean workspace

Skills Required :
* Computer literacy
* Forklift License and First Aid Certificate
* Ability to create attention grabbing store displays
* Strong team leadership and training skills
* Prior Produce Management Experience
