About You

* Solid experience as an area manager / senior multisite manager or regional manager
* Strong coaching and sales skills
* A passion for leading & inspiring a team to succeed
* Strong problem solving and confident decision making skills
* The ability to think strategically to identify missed opportunities and have a proven track record in driving sales and KPI's
* Background in fashion/apparel ideal but not essential

The Role

* Train and develop your team of Managers to success
* Analysing KPI's to coach staff and improve sales performance
* Selling consultatively to drive growth
* Managing all facets of hiring and training
* Delivering VM directives, stocktakes and sales promotion setups across multiple sites
