About You:

Ideally you will have experience in a similar role with exposure to behavioural based interviewing and applicant tracking systems. Previous experience in Retail and/or high volume based recruitment and PageUp would be an advantage but not essential.

The Role:

Reporting into the Talent Acquisition Team Leader, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment of our high-performing sales teams at our Telstra Licensed Stores across our extensive National footprint. Additionally, you’ll be involved in internal succession planning within your allocated region.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment process including managing the position & vacancy report and approval process, raising requisitions, sourcing, candidate management, stakeholder engagement, pre-employment compliance and contract generation
  • Arrange and coordinate recruitment, selection and engagement of team members in line established policies and procedures to meet the organisation's needs.
  • Ensuring advertisements and sourcing channels are effectively optimised for maximum return and aligned to Vita Groups corporate messaging
  • Ensure a thorough understanding of business, area or region requirements
  • Creating a positive candidate experience throughout all recruitment steps and Talent Pools are engaged to maximise efficiency
  • Responsible compliance throughout the varies stages of the recruitment process including visa management, criminal history checks and professional references
  • Providing support and education to hiring managers in relation to Vita Groups recruitment process
  • Managing internal people moves including transfers, secondments and facilitating panel interviews for leadership roles
  • Responsible for managing all recruitment administration, tracking job requisitions and candidate information and forecasting projected fill dates.
  • Undertake related administrative tasks including advising unsuccessful applicants, establishing and maintaining relevant recruitment records and statistics.
