We are looking to hire a new staff member for CTC!

**Please don't apply if you are not available for weekend, afternoons and nights. **

AVAILABILITY is so important! We work with a small team and we need a person who can work when needed! And also, their normal shifts.

-A shop assistant needs to utilise a positive and flexible attitude to efficiently assist in the everyday operations of the store.

-To support management, ensuring maximum sales are achieved by delivering the highest standards of customer’s service and offering add-on-products.

-To follow all company policies set CTC contract and code of conduct in reference to customer service, store standards, administrative procedures and personal conduct and performance.

-To actively and effectively contribute to the overall operational functions of the store.

-Assist the team leader in ensuring that the day-to-day operations of the store are executed in a manner which meets the expectations of CTC management.

-The maintenance of clean and tidy premises at all times

-To follow all company policy and procedures.

-To maintain good communication with management, fellow staff and customers.

-To correctly operate point of sale/ computer systems and process paperwork accurately, in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures.

-To assist in the business administration of opening and closing store procedures.

-Employees at the level are responsible and accountable for their own work within established routines, methods and procedures.

Requirements:

-PERFERED NOT ESSENTIAL, experience within the retail industry or customers service industry.

-Ability to work un-supervised at a high volume and with high performer standards.

-Must be able to work on weekends, afternoon and nights.

-Have license and reliable transport

Duties Include:

- Customer service and Cash handling.

-Completing tasks and target for the day.

- Cleanliness and organization of store.
