As the Store Manager you will;
- Drive customer experiences within your team of trained Stylists
- Coach, develop and lead your team to ensure you maintain the SHEIKE standards + selling steps
- Manage your store budget implementing initiatives when sales and KPI's are requiring support
- Manage your roster + wages through performance based rostering
- Participate in store stocktakes to manage stock control + loss prevention
- Recruit and induct new team members in line with SHEIKE standards
- Be a leader from the front having a natural love + passion for fashion retail

- Have outstanding standards of VM + store presentation
- Maintain a high standard on personal presentation of yourself, team and the store
- Minimum 2+Years experience in fashion retail as a Store Manager
- Managed a store as a business
- Continually achieved + monitored store sales targets + KPI's
- Driven budgets + achieve high sales results
- Experience in managing, recruiting + developing a team
- Created a positive working environment
- Time Management skills
- Had an eye for both personal and store styling, as well as upholding VM standards
- Continually have a desire to challenge yourself to succeed
