Team Manager

How will I help?

We have a Team Manager opportunity to oversee the day-to-day operation of the team.

You will play an integral role in the facilitation and development of a cohesive team environment and ensure the effective management of all business processes, people, risks and dependencies across the team.

The key focus of this role is to lead, motivate and coach a team to deliver a superior service to our customers. You will be working in conjunction with the managers and stakeholders ensuring all resources across sites achieve business optimisation through efficiently and effectively managing resources and time to achieve performance targets and objectives.

What do I need?

The Team Manager is to ensure team members operate in accordance with compliance & privacy requirements and manages operational risk effectively. The role is pivotal in driving Customer strategies across the teams whilst achieving key performance indicators whilst promoting opportunities for continuous improvement for team and business processes.

As well as this you will:

  • Have experience in managing quality assurance desirable
  • Have experience in people management and leadership
  • Be able to utilise business metrics to manage operations and drive efficiency
  • Demonstrate experience in stakeholder management at all levels
  • Demonstrate ability to lead and manage change within the team.
  • You will be able to provide capability strategy in line with the Group Operation’s vision and strategy. You will have exceptional communications skills and be able to build strong stakeholder relationships, as well as be a natural people leader.
