CAMILLA is looking for an Allocator (Parental Leave Contract) to join their Buying and Planning Tribe!


After 16 years in the fashion game, CAMILLA has grown to be a lifestyle brand that includes womenswear, menswear, childrenswear, swim, homewares and accessories! We are very busy trading and managing stock across all our channels, this is where our new Allocator will spread their wings! Working closely with the Retail, Online, Warehouse and Head Office tribes, your purpose is to ensure the stock is in the right place at the right time. What will our Allocator be doing?

  • Running sales and stock reports for Retail/Online, Wholesale National & International
  • Liaising closely with teams across all channels of the business providing analysis and reporting
  • Compiling post season summaries on performance
  • Assisting with costings and identifying business channel needs
  • Aiding in developing reporting across departments to ensure all reporting is optimised and streamlined
  • Reviewing stock-taking and planning reporting tools to improve efficiencies
  • Weekly sales analysis
  • Pulling together proposals for re-orders based on sales and feedback
  • Formatting and templating reports
  • Attending weekly meetings to discuss upcoming events and actions

We are looking for a superstar who is:

  • A self-starter who is determined and goal-focused
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • A natural relationship builder who can liaise confidently with other tribes
  • Confident, approachable and technical
  • Has a good understanding of retail supply chain
  • Knowledge of planning systems, inventory stock management / data WH and RFID is a plus!
  • Allocate stock across the Camilla network of stores based on store performance and stock KPIs
  • Excellent excel skills a must!
