As the Retail Manager of a large Regional Shopping Centre, you will strive to manage several financial and administrative tasks through your daily duties and responsibilities. Dealing with clients, tenants and the wider community, the role places emphasis on clear communication skills.

This management role is great for independent, self-driven individuals who are looking to apply their skills in a premier retail precinct!

Your responsibilities may include, but will not bet limited to;

  • Assisting center management in setting budgets and financial goals on a monthly and annual basis.
  • Develop strategies to deliver targets for both current and aged arrears in accordance with client expectations
  • Facilitate the Casual Mall Leasing (CML) processes (along with the CML exec), including ensuring licenses are executed and accounts paid prior to commencement.Overseeing general management through collaboration with operation management to ensure that staff and contractors are working efficiently and in adherence with H&S requirements.
  • Setting Individual Performance Measurement Targets (IFMPs) for detailed KPIs.
  • Establish and maintain production and positive relationships with all tenants/retailers as well as protective tenants. Assist with responding to retailer complaints in a timely manner.

You’ll be a self-starter who works well with the pressure of deadlines and knows how to get the best out of yourself and your team. You will, alongside the Centre Manager, form a strong relationship with retail tenants at the property, understanding their occupancy needs and working with them to maximise their turnover and drive presentation standards throughout the centre.
