You will be responsible for:

• Assisting the management team in all operational duties & tasks
• Help to lead, coach and develop a team of up to 20 staff members
• Assisting store management to drive sales and achieve targets
• Learning every aspect of running a busy, successful store
• Serving customers and taking payments
• Ensuring best practice OH&S standards are maintained 

The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven management experience in supermarkets, retail or hospitality 
• A highly motivated, dedicated, passionate retail manager
• Hands on, proactive, high energy with drive & initiative
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong work ethic
• Ability to lead a team by setting the example
• A strong focus on customers and delivering world class service
• Solid understanding of stock control 
• Be willing and motivated to assist in all areas of the store
• Results driven you will rise to any challenge thrown at you
