The Role

The ASM is responsible for supporting the store manager with the day to day operations of the store, management of stock and development of their team to allow an outstanding in store experience for customers.

• Strong retail experience including managing staff and sales targets

• Sound business acumen and an understanding of how a profitable business should operate
