  • Apply problem solving to assist customers in resolving their enquiries

  • Hours: Permanent part time minimum 20 hours per week.
  • Roster: We operate on a rotating roster between 8am to 8pm, Monday to Friday and Saturday 8am-1pm.
  • Training: 2 weeks of paid training to fully equip you with the required skills

What are we looking for?
  • Demonstrable customer service experience
  • Flexibility with rostering and availability
  • Previous experience in an operational, service or helpdesk support environment
  • Sound geographical knowledge of towns & regional areas within Australia
  • Excellent computer & communication skills
  • Active listening skills
  • Experience working with KPI's or targets
  • Resilience and an openness to feedback
  • Financial service experience would be advantageous.
