Due to our continued growth, Harvey Norman Marion is looking to add a full time Operations Assistant to our team.

We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a passion for technology, an exceptional work ethic and attention to detail to ensure they outperform in their required role.

About this Role:

The successful candidate will undertake a variety of responsibilities to ensure this high-performing team has the best level of support required to work efficiently in a busy retail environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Faulty stock management, including liaising with suppliers for returns and repairs.
  • Advanced level of customer service, including assisting customers with the setup & education of how to use their new devices.
  • Run weekly reports for repairs/service jobs and book in repairs for customers faulty products.
  • Assist with customer queries in store & basic technical support of their devices.

  • You are experienced - You have experience in (or ability to work in) a customer service & technology focused retail business.
  • You are proactive - You have a strong eye for where you are needed and you take the initiative to step up and help your team when it is required, without being asked. You are always looking for ways to over perform and excel.
