Full Job Description

Provide high level customer service to customers including greeting and serving customers, address a range of customer service enquiries and routine customer problems.
Undertakes all correct procedures when processing cash, cheque or credit card transactions.
Assist customers with non-prescription medicine sales (Pharmacy and Pharmacist Only Medicines). Accept and deal with or refer complaints.
Display sound product knowledge of store lines, including retail and non-prescription medicines.
Display working knowledge of health conditions related to pharmacy products and services.
Maintain awareness of and promote in-store promotions and generate customer interest.
Maintain awareness of and promote business services available.
Assist at dispensary counter when trained and required.
Supervise Pharmacy Assistant Level 1 and Level 2 as directed.
Assist in the training of Pharmacy Assistant Level 1 and Level 2 if required.

Experience for a similar role is required.
