Build and maintain effective relationships with our customer and drive retail execution and compliance. In addition, work with the Operations team in the execution of store refurbishments and refresh programs.

What You’ll Do

• Work with the Business Development team to plan and develop merchandising strategies that balance category and compliance across customers’ expectations and supplier objectives
• Focus on achieving key strategies, projects and initiatives to drive growth by consulting and providing business support
• Set up displays based on execution guidelines and store strategy
• Execution of any store refurbishments and refresh programs
• Complete audits and compliance reporting
• Conduct post-promotional reviews

What You’ll Bring

• Strong communication skills in both Mandarin and English

• Retail/FMCG experience
• Knowledge of the liquor industry would be advantageous
• Strong customer service skills
• Financial acumen
• Ability to work autonomously and manage deadlines
• Proven track record of achieving targets and budgets
