About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity available to join our team as a Front of House Host on a full-time basis. Jacob’s Creek and St Hugo cellar door are located in the picturesque Barossa Valley, the heart of Australia’s premier wine region, just over an hour’s drive from Adelaide.

This position will support the teams at both Jacob’s Creek and St Hugo, to deliver an exceptional customer experience, across a range of food and beverage operations.

The role will have a passion for wine as well as experience in a restaurant environment.

Key responsibilities include:
Delivering tasting experiences across both Jacob’s Creek and St Hugo

Working on the floor in both the Jacob’s Creek Wine Café and St Hugo restaurant

The ability to drive sales of both wine and Wine Club sign-ups across both sites

Supporting the FOH Managers in day to day housekeeping tasks to ensure operational efficiencies
