We are currently seeking an Inside Sales Professional within Honeywell Building Technologies group. You will provide service to customers, with a view to continually improve the customer experience. This includes monitoring and maintaining local warehouse inventory. Processing and managing orders and returns in an accurate and timely manner; face to face customer sales and interactions; phone customer sales and interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • The interaction with customers is the most important aspect of the Customer Sales and Service role. Answering customer calls is the highest priority
  • Customers receives the correct products ordered and at the correct price
  • Make sure that Honeywell Security and Fire receives the correct revenue for all products sold
  • Act with Urgency - Get the facts that you can, think, and then move with lightning speed. Use speed as a differentiator
  • Go Beyond - Be the someone people trust to get things done and deliver
  • Be a Zealot for Growth - Solve problems and see the world through the customer’s eyes
  • Become Your Best - Seek and accept feedback wherever you can get it, decide what to change, and go for it. Be curious and be confident and humble. Read others’ reactions and adjust as you go. Ability to bounce back.
Key Experience & Capabilities:
  • Excellent Verbal and written Communication Skills (required)
  • Essential Intermediate/advanced Computer skills
  • Technical Knowledge & Fire industry experience (preferred)
  • Customer Service Experience (required)
  • Warehouse Experience (preferred)
  • Face to face customer interaction experience (preferred)
  • Any experience in stock management (preferred)
