My client is a successful fashion brand who stocks local and international brands, provides the highest level of customer experience in store while giving their teams a supportive & engaging career. 
Currently we are searching for a sales focused Store Manager to lead the strong team at Parramatta. 

About the role: 

• Lead a team of 10 in a fast paced fashion environment
• Train, mentor and develop your people conducting regular performance catch ups
• Ensure your product is merchandised according to brand guidelines and your able to maximise sales
• Engage customers in a warm, individualised sales process 

About you: 

• A Store Manager with experience managing a high volume, flagship or A grade location
• LOVE selling and being on the floor inspiring your team
• Easily able to manage large stock volumes, multiple brands as well as accessories and apparel
• Highly motivated and naturally able to inspire a diverse team of people

• $57k + super + bonuses
• Tuesday to Saturday roster
