Your new company
A market leading audio visual distributor and event equipment supplier who is branching out into different retail channels at an impressive rate. A relatively young business that has been around for the last 20 years starting in stage lighting. The business has now grow to a $100m turnover and is working with some of the most distinguished brands in the consumer electronics space.

Your new role
Your new job is responsible for the management of the Retail business unit of the company, this accounts for around 35% of the total revenue of the business and is their fastest growing segment. The role will be a people management position that will have 2 Key Account Managers in Sydney and three interstate reps located in QLD, SA and WA reporting into it. The job will be responsible driving retail sales through online channels such as Amazon and also retail chains such at JB HI-FI.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this position you must have previous experience working with a consumer electronics and working with large retailers such as JB HI-FI, Dick Smith, Bing Lee, EB Games, David Jones or Myer. you must also have experience selling products through eCommerce channels such as Amazon. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and being to demonstrate the ability to analyse figures and derive strategy from that.
