Over the last few years we’ve expanded our business to include a high-quality showroom and have expanded our range to include bbq sales into our business. If you are someone that loves outdoor cooking than you will love this role.

The Role:

The ideal candidate would be an experienced Assistant Store Manager in retail sales environments with extensive sales experience - bbq sales experience would be a bonus but not essential. If you can offer the right attitude with a great work ethic and leadership, then we can offer you future opportunity.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Managing store inventory movements and stocktake.
  • Maintaining outstanding store condition and upkeep.
  • Serving customers and making sales
  • Dealing with sales enquiries of customers, face-to-face, Email and over the phone
  • Completing administrative tasks
  • Weekend work is required.

About You:

You are a friendly and outgoing individual with a proactive approach, and a stable work history with a proven sales track record - Ideally within the BBQ or Fireplace industry.

You must be able to work weekends, work independently and possess the following skills:

  • Previous experience in a sales role required / Ideally within BBQ/Fireplace industry
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Full Australian working rights
  • High level personal presentation and good work ethic
  • Excellent communications skills (verbal and written) with the ability to motivate your team.
  • Competency in POS systems.
  • Excellent time management
  • Be highly adaptable and efficient
