Your purpose is to lead and manage Team Members to meet safety, operational, people, customer and financial performance expectations whilst working together to put the right products in consumers hands as simply and safely as possible.

Key responsibilities will be:
Influence, motivate and coach a large and diverse team
To ensure safe working practices are adhered to, promoting safety policies and procedures on an ongoing basis
Leading, motivating and engaging team members
Meeting team performance targets
Building and promoting an inclusive team environment focused on working collaboratively
Performance management
Planning, prioritisation and problem solving
Completing administrative tasks associated with managing the team including management of leave, time and attendance and injury management.
The use of effective communication techniques
Fosters a culture of continuous improvement of systems and processes

Who we’re looking for

The suitable candidate will ideally have:
Genuine love of team - We have a great culture and need someone who wants to nurture and develop our team
Proven history in coaching and mentoring others
Leadership experience
The ability to build relationships
Be safety focused
Confident with systems and administrative duties
Change resilience
