About the Company:

We’re seeking an experienced retail manager for their Perth CBD store. Take the lead and drive your department to success. This is an autonomous role with a strong support network to allow you to grow and develop. You will be an experienced Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager who can work in a fast paced environment and has led large teams.

What you will need: 

• Retail management experience
• A love for the fashion industry
• Immaculate presentation standards
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
• Proven success in leading a team of 10+ 
• Solid business acumen to set budgets and achieve kpis
