The purpose of this role is to manage transport vendors in booking inbound freight within specific time slots that meet the needs of the inbound capacity windows.

You will be providing exceptional customer service to our internal and external stakeholder delivery teams to drive efficiencies and provide an end to end service that supports the flow of inbound freight.

We Are Recruiting For 2 Positons

Shifts will be 9am-6pm Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday. Shift allowances may apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high quality work while adhering to procedures and making sure consistent standardising responsibilities are conducted including dealing with escalations.
  • Consistency look for ways to improve work processes with a 360 degree view of inbound delivery model within the DC
  • Act as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders by building lasting working relationships
  • Work independently and assist the team in realising the team’s ambition by sharing knowledge and best practice
  • Take full responsibility for customer experience by supporting the end to end customer service process and compliance with all company procedures.
  • Ensure customers are aware and guided on changes that impact the inbound delivery windows.

What You Bring To The Role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Positive, enthusiastic and “can do” attitude
  • Ability to work in a small team as as well as working independently without supervision
  • Computer skills (Microsoft Office with the ability to learn new systems).
  • Prior admin or booking scheduling skills will be an advantage
  • Warehouse Operations experience will be an advantage
