JOB DESCRIPTION

Our eCommerce team is in a growth state, giving you the best of both worlds – the ability to have impact and suggest best practice in a start-up style environment, with the support and career opportunities in a global group of brands. You’ll have exposure across a range of exciting projects as we develop our eCommerce business.

The Challenge

You will work together with the buying and merchandising teams, sharing your mastery of establishing plans and adjusting forecasts to make each season successful. You’ll maintain the in-season OTB to minimise risk and maximise opportunities to achieve financial goals. You’ll know the balance between historical data and trends and be able to explain your analysis to influence others. You’ll maximise GMROI, revenue, margin, returns, markdowns and stock-turn performance in this critical position.

Who are we looking for?

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Previous experience in a merchandising, planning or buying role, ideally in a branded fashion environment
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in merchandise planning, OTB management and ROI principles
  • Experience in a leadership role, ideally within a global business
  • Experience in the creation of insight reporting for multiple markets and brands
  • A strong understanding of the sales and replenishment process, dealing with vendors, and the inventory lifecycle in eCommerce
  • Experience across international markets would be beneficial
  • Data driven decision making skills
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and report building skills, including use of Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Tableau, Lexer, PowerBI and SAP and SAP BI platforms.
