The Company:

We’re seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join their team here in Perth. Reporting directly to your Store Manager you will be outgoing, nurturing and eager to develop and share your skills with your dedicated team of sales professionals.

As the Assistant Manager of their Flagship CBD location, you will lead your high performing sales team to success. You will focus on building and developing your teams confidence in exceeding service standards while being responsible for overall store operations.

The Role

• Coach and drive a team of 8+ to achieve sales and kpis
• Demonstrate leadership and encourage team engagement
• Continual development of your teams service approach
• Build customer loyalty through genuine relationships
• Outstanding store presentation and creative visual appeal
• Manage store processes, policies and inventory accuracy
