Energy HotHouse is a market leading retailer of gas and wood heating, air-conditioning and hot water appliances. We pride ourselves on our product knowledge and our customer service. We are located in Clarence Gardens, servicing all Adelaide suburbs. We have a position available for the right candidate who is motivated, experienced, customer focused and able to thrive in the fast paced retail environment.
About The Role
You will :
Greet and serve customers in store.
Answer incoming phone calls.
Estimate and quote on customer requirements.
Conduct in home measure and design consultations.
Book and coordinate client installation dates.
About You
Previous experience in gas/wood appliance retail (and/or)
Previous experience in air-conditioning retail.
Be customer focused.
Management of your customers queries and sales.
Ability to multi-task.
Be computer literate and be willing to learn new systems.
Highly self motivated whilst working within a very busy committed team.
Be organised with your time and customer case load.
Be positive and enthusiastic.
Provide a high quality and exceptional start to finish experience for your customers.
