The role

As a Specialist Retail Concierge, you will be the face of Optus for our Customers. You will work within our collaborative team environment reporting directly to the Store Manager. You will be responsible for the first impressions of Customers to our store and to support day to day operations through your positive can-do attitude. You will create a welcoming atmosphere that enable our sales, marketing and customer experience objectives, through people focused outcomes for our customers and team.
