The Opportunity:
We are currently seeking a Store Manager for our South Morang store. This is a challenging and rewarding role as you will be tasked with the day to day management and ongoing strategy for a busy and profitable branch for what is one of Australia's most recognisable building products brands.

This is an autonomous management and leadership role that will allow you to utilise all of your previous management, retail and/or flooring experience.

On a daily basis you will be responsible for the upkeep of the premises and the ongoing sales and marketing strategy that will ensure the ongoing growth of revenue generated by the branch. We require an experienced sales manager with exceptional customer service and communication skills and impeccable attention to detail.

Skills and Experiences:
The Candidate:
You will have strong attention to detail as well as the ability to drive and manage a high performing sales team. You will be mature, responsible, have excellent communication skills and have the ability to work as part of a bigger team in this family owned, national organisation.

You must be able to work as part of a highly successful team but also to have the initiative to work autonomously to meet the needs of each and every client.

Desired Skills:
  • Strong leadership qualities and motivation skills to maximise opportunities
  • Retail management experience with high customer focus
  • Demonstrable ability to multi-task and use your initiative
  • Professional attitude with determination to succeed
  • History of successfully selling in dynamic environments
  • Previous tiling or building industry experience preferred
  • Prepared to work a 5 day week, including one weekend shift
  • Ability to meet our high expectations
