About the role...
The role is a Part-time position as a 3IC Sales Assistant at our Frankston store. The role is 24 hours per week and includes a set roster of Monday (9am-5:45pm) Friday (12:45pm-9:15pm) and Saturday (9am-5:15pm). The role will have you providing excellent customer service and supporting the store by driving sales to achieve its targets. You will play a pro-active part of the Management team that, trains, organises, motivates and inspires a retail sales team, as well as drive floor sales.

About you...
You will enjoy a fast paced, dynamic environment where you will be able to showcase your amazing sales ability, vibrant personality and strong people skills. You will be driven, can problem solve and enjoy creating a fun working environment for your colleagues. You will have demonstrated experience in visual merchandising, stock control, customer service, health and safety, store security and basic financial reporting.
