This inbound customer service role will see you work collaboratively with other members of the team to deliver an exceptional level or service for all Blackmores Group customers. Troubleshoot and help solve logistical issues, complaints, order and returns, key account issues and general enquiries about our products.

Responsibilities include:

  • Timely and accurately enter all orders from retailers and sales team into Enterprise One
  • Timely and accurately respond to enquiries / follow-up issues from retailers
  • Up-sell current promotional products when talking to retailers
  • Up-selling and other outbound calls to retailers and area managers as required
  • Support grocery orders and delivery follow up as required
  • Handle and Process and escalate credit return enquiries
  • Handle and forward appropriate delivery issues enquiries to Despatch Dept.
  • Communicate changes/issues to Customer Service Manager
  • All relevant paperwork (reps brief, new product information) is kept tidy and at hand
  • Communicate issues with the team in agreed format

Who are you?

  • Previous experience in an inbound customer service/telephone role
  • Passion for natural health and wellbeing
  • Excellent phone manner, teamwork and computer skills
