Position Description:
This position is key role of the Global eCommerce 4P, Strategy and operation Team. This Manager leads the global eCommerce 4P commercial team to drive the cycle planning – portfolio strategy, plan, supply of commercial business at Lenovo.com. This role is measured by the financial result of commercial product sold through Lenovo.com . the Key Performance Indicators include revenue, units and profit. This position will lead the Global commercial 4P team and work with Product team and eCommerce sales team to drive right product portfolio strategy to achieve sales target.

Job responsibilities:
Lead the global 4P team; create commercial business 4P strategy; develop BMS to work with both commercial business unit and eComm GEO sales team to execute the business strategy, especially for Cycle planning—define products portfolio, drive campaign needs.

Attain the top-line financial objectives for the commercial business in the regions by optimizing Product portfolio, planning, promotion and Pricing.

  • Product: working with product team to drive the right online product portfolio available for sale on Lenovo.com web
  • Analyze sales results and customers needs to input product requirements in the product design stage
  • Identify product opportunities for online business to help GEO achieve their financial targets
  • Forecasting key products supply for Global eCommerce
  • Price: help determine the appropriate pricing for commercial products in each market.
  • Promotion: manage work with marketing and 4P teams in each region to drive best practices in product promotion .
  • Planning : coordinate supply of key products sold through Lenovo.com

  • Position Requirements:
  • Ecommerce experience & leadership
  • 5+ years of previous eCommerce experience. Prefer experience working at large eCommerce business.
  • Demonstrated good experience in managing product portfolio and planning
  • Demonstrated strong coordination skills to solve problems involved in multifunction teams.
  • Strong leadership skills: such as providing direction, setting target and plan, team coaching,
  • Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced environment where innovation is expected.
  • Able to adapt to changes quickly.
  • Project Management
  • Previous experience managing large and small projects concurrently.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills to manage many projects with different deadlines.
  • Ability to work on several projects simultaneously with demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks independently.

  • Strong self-initiative with the ability to identify areas of improvement with little direction.
