In order to help bring our vision and strategy to life, we want to partner with a diligent, passionate Retail Administration Officer. This position will report to the Retail Administration Manager and will be responsible for providing administrative duties to ensure our retail pricing systems are accurately managed and maintained. You will have strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy, along with outstanding time management skills.

How will you contribute to our strategy?

Maintaining and updating stock file data for the Peregrine network and sites
Analysis on purchase price variance and ensuring variance minimisation and interpreting data
Continuous Retail Administration system maintenance
Following up and resolving issues relating to pricing and scanning
Entering all new items in the stock file, changes to price or description and removing special pricing
Reporting sales data weekly and monthly and actioning reports on stock file maintenance daily
Ensuring compliance with existing retail admin workflows, approvals and authorities

What skills and experience will our ideal candidate have?

Experience in high volume stock file maintenance and data entry
High attention to detail and accuracy of data entry
Strong organisation skills with great time management
Sound problem solving skills
Understanding of point of sale systems, pricing and promotions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Customer service experience and/or retail experience
Advanced proficiency in the MS Office Suites - Excel, Word & Outlook
Tertiary qualifications in finance, accounting, commerce or related discipline is advantageous
