What will you be responsible for?

  • Driving sales, product and gross margin performance improvements to the store network
  • Lead, coach and support franchisees and managers to better manage their business through the use of nominated business system features
  • Establish consistent compliance with all stores through benchmark measurements, operations and marketing standards

What will you bring to the role?

  • Proven experience in the management of multi-site retail store operations
  • Experience in franchising and/ or tool and industrial retail operations
  • Knowledge of the latest techniques and procedures for retail store operations
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Strong financial analysis skills
  • The ability to train, coach and develop others
  • Workable knowledge of retail sales methods relating to the sale of trade and industrial quality tools, equipment and machinery
  • Workable knowledge of category product management
  • Effective human resources management with the ability to organise and coordinate the work activities of other staff
  • Sound visual merchandising skills and experience

Some interstate travel will be required.
