We have a unique opportunity for a results driven individual to join our License and Collaborations team as a License Operations Specialist. You will enable our vision by analysing historical sales data to determine future planning and decision making; that deliver on innovative ranges that drive profitability. You will collaborate with our trend and buying teams across all brands to forecast and predict global sales by exploring previous ranges based on seasonal, popular and current trends. You will be responsible for sharing your data findings with key internal and external brand partners and stakeholders to inform on commercial decisions, performance of royalties and will set targets for financial success. If you are someone who is financially focused and enjoys analysing data to make impactful decisions, then this could be your new role.


  • Proven experience in a similar role i.e. Business Analyst, Planning, Commercial Finance
  • Understanding of the license industry, including regulations and limitations preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate to internal and external brand partners and stakeholders with confidence
  • Strong organisation and planning skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage timelines
  • Ability to problem solve and remain solutions focused
  • Strong budgeting and forecasting skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Understanding of programs such as RMS, PLM, Qlikview and Sales Cube is highly advantageous.
