The Harvey Norman Wiley Park Technology & Entertainment Team is seeking a passionate, customer service focused Technician to join them in delivering Great Service, Always! to their customers.

As a Customer Service Technician, you have an understanding of PC's, Mobile Phones, softwares and related peripherals to help find the best outcome for our customers.

In this role you will:
  • Have face to face interaction with customer returns and help provide a resolution
  • Assist customers and help troubleshoot potential issues they may experience
  • Liaise with suppliers or repair agents regarding any faulty or returned stock
  • Liaise with customers and keep them up to date in regards to the progress of their repair job.
  • Arrange all courier pickups and deliveries for customer repairs and faulty stock.
  • Help receive in stock in the warehouse when needed
The skills and experience you'll need to bring with you include:
  • Experience working in a fast paced and successful retail environment (Desirable)
  • A high level of Computers, Technology and Mobile Phone product knowledge to support customer queries
  • Be highly motivated and results driven person with outstanding customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to service your customers while managing work tasks around their needs
  • Going above and beyond to provide exceptional customer focused problem solving
  • Experience of resolving customer complaints and making quick decisions to ensure happy customers and timely accurate services
  • Being flexible, punctual, approachable, friendly and outgoing.
  • A strong level of attention to detail
  • Enjoy working in a team environment
  • Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late night trades
